Sunday Services

Our Sunday Service is held every Sunday from 11ish to 12ish. We are a welcoming congregation and invite you to be our guest. No matter what beliefs you hold, you will feel right at home with us.
Choir Practice is from 10 to 10:45 a.m. before Sunday services. You are welcome to join in!
Please join us for refreshments and conversation immediately following the service during our weekly social hour.
Our potluck luncheon happens after the service on the second Sunday of each month. Please bring a dish to share, or be our guest!
Choir and Music
With the help of our music and choir director, Megan Fitzpatrick, Clifton has a small but magnificent-sounding choir that leads the congregation in song and celebration. From time to time many of our members also share their musical talents during our service's special music.
John Hernandez is Clifton's pianist and graces our church every Sunday with his gifted playing.
Meditation-in-Motion
What are your favorite scriptures or inspirational passages? Meditation-in-MotionSM is an invitation to meditate on sacred wisdom by doing movement that expresses the spirit of your favorite sacred scriptures. The idea is to connect deeply to your spiritual ideals with your muscle memory and cellular intelligence. Join us for Meditation-in-MotionSM the second and fourth Sunday of each month from 10 to 10:30 a.m. before the service.
Sunday School
Children participate in the first half of our Sunday Service, and are invited after our children's moment to attend our Religious Education program. Sunday School curriculum varies, but is designed to teach the children the value of living in a diverse world.
Sermons
Sermons at Clifton Universalist Unitarian remind members and visitors why they celebrate their beliefs. Subjects range from religion and philosophy to mysticism and psychology, and the messages are never presented in a way that gives the listener the "truth," but, instead, encourage the listener to question the things we so often take for granted.
Look at our online archive of sermons presented by Todd Eklof. The archive is updated regularly.
